A delightful breakfast combining creamy yogurt custard and crisp bread topped with fresh berries.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • Fresh berries (for topping)
  • Butter (for spreading)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer or oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine yogurt, eggs, and sugar in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
  3. Spread a thin layer of butter on both sides of the bread.
  4. Pour the custard mixture over the buttered bread, ensuring it is well-coated.
  5. Top the custard-coated bread with fresh berries.
  6. Bake in the preheated air fryer or oven for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For a vegan version, substitute eggs with flaxseed meal mixed with water, and use plant-based yogurt.
