  • 1 jar of Castelvetrano olives, pitted and halved
  • 1 cup of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of za’atar spice
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (optional, e.g., parsley or cilantro)

Instructions

  1. Combine the Base Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the rinsed beans, Castelvetrano olives, and chopped artichoke hearts.
